Forgive me for getting a touch over excited, but it's only my second moth of the year. The autofocus didn't quite nail it, but this was a very difficult shot. Because the moth was under a ledge which obscured the flash I had to hang upside down and shoot into the lamp shining through the mesh, so in the circumstances, an acceptable effort, and a fine male Dotted Border (like many winter moths, the females are wingless).
