This morning I found myself in a field with the biggest Parasol mushrooms I have ever seen - photographing them had a real Alice In Wonderland feel to it. In spite of that, for UK Fungus Day I've decided not to go with the obvious choice but instead to go with one of the smaller finds of the day, this tiny transparent Pleated Inkcap (Parasola plicatilis).
